The defined retention periods applied by Success Ahead Limited are:

  • Business Records: Contracts, commercial agreement and business emails (determined to be business letters) will be retained for 6 Years

  • Customer information: All customer information such as Emails, Names, Addresses, Contact Information, Messages and Other relevant information will be kept for a maximum of 2 years following the last contact from you (unless it falls specifically under Business or Financial Records).

Our company uses the Microsoft Office365 platform to conduct business. The platform is used to send and receive emails, create personalised content such as letter and emails. The platform is also used for the creation and storage of customer lists. Your data may be stored through within our account in Office 365 data storage. The data is stored yon secure password protected and encrypted servers behind a firewall.​​
